Listy helps homeowners list their property on the MLS with no agent commissions. Choose a package, complete the listing documents, and we’ll get your home live on the MLS. From there, you manage showings, negotiate offers, and save thousands!
Your home will be listed on the MLS and syndicated to major real estate platforms like Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and more for maximum exposure.
Your name and contact details will appear in the agent or broker remarks section of the MLS, which is visible to licensed real estate professionals. Agents will use this information to reach out to you directly regarding inquiries, showings, and offers. However, in accordance with MLS and board regulations, your contact information cannot be included in the public remarks or displayed on consumer-facing websites like Realtor.com that pull data from the MLS. On those platforms, only the listing brokerage’s name and contact information will be shown. If we are contacted about your property, we will provide your contact information to the prospective buyer or agent so they can reach out to you directly.
Yes! Listy is a service operated by Listy, LLC, a fully licensed real estate brokerage in Florida. When you list your home with Listy, it’s entered into the MLS by Listy’s licensed broker, just like with any traditional listing agent.
No — it’s your choice. Buyer’s agents may ask about a commission when scheduling a showing or include a compensation agreement with their offer. You also have the option to negotiate the commission directly with the agent. Whether or not you offer a commission, your home can still be listed and marketed on the MLS.
