At Listy, we strive to provide quality service and transparent pricing for all our MLS listing packages and add-on services. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final once service has been rendered.

Once your property has been listed on the MLS or any add-on service (such as photography or document preparation) has been completed or initiated, we are unable to issue a refund.

If you choose to cancel your order prior to your listing being posted on the MLS or before any add-on services have been performed, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to discuss your specific situation.
