Photography Pricing

  • Photography pricing is based on homes with up to 3,000 square feet of living space. Additional fees will be changed for every additional 1,000 square feet of living space.

Additional Square Footage Pricing:

Service Availability

Buyer Agent Representation

  • Buyer agent representation is exclusive to buyers in the state of Florida in select markets. Please contact us to confirm availability in your area.

Showing coordination

  • ShowingTime is not available in all areas. Where unavailable, we'll provide alternative scheduling systems or inform you to adjust your package as needed.

MLS & Listing Timeline

  • Your listing will be activated on the MLS within 24 hours of submitting all required documents and photography (excluding Sundays and holidays)
  • All listing modification requests are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays)
  • Beginning August 17, 2024, compensation offers are no longer permitted on the MLS. Sellers may still offer compensation to buyer's agents outside of the MLS platform.
  • Listy is not affiliated with third-party websites (Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Realtor.com, etc.). Listing appearance on these platforms may be delayed.

Legal & Closing Services

  • Closing Assistance Services are provided by Burns Law Firm of Palm Beach, P.A., our affiliated law firm. Please note that this firm maintains separate closing fees that are not included in our service packages.
  • Additional legal fees may apply depending on transaction complexity and local requirements.

Add-On Service Disclaimers

  • Purchase Contract Review - This add-on provides a non-legal review of each individual purchase contract received. It does not include legal advice, interpretation, or drafting. Sellers should consult a licensed attorney for any legal questions or concerns.
  • Expert Advisor Concierge - This add-on provides the seller with direct access to the broker for general, non-legal real estate questions for a 30-day period. This service is limited to guidance and information only and does not include legal advice, legal interpretation, or the drafting or review of any contracts or legal documents. Purchase Contract Review is not included with this add-on and must be purchased separately if desired.
  • Buyer Agent Representation - Closing cost credit offered by Listy is paid only at closing, must be disclosed on the closing disclosure or settlement statement, and is subject to lender approval. Credit amounts depend on the final commission received and applicable loan or program restrictions. FHA, VA, USDA, and certain conventional loans may limit or prohibit credits beyond allowable closing costs. Credit is valid only where permitted by law and must be approved by all parties to the transaction, including the lender and closing agent. Listy reserves the right to modify or withdraw the credit offer at any time prior to execution of a buyer representation agreement.
